At its Emsdetten location, POOLgroup GmbH was one of the first event management companies to be EMAS-certified. Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) certification has provided us with valuable expert insight around sustainability. And based on the certification, we have developed customized services to best support our clients when implementing environmentally-friendly events. A good example of this is our environmental management system, which allows projects to be carried out sustainably.
Specific service provider
There is always an option of engaging us as a specific service provider. In this role, we assume responsibilty for certain services that are delivered sustainably in accordance with EMAS certification.
External consultant
We create environmental concepts and act as consultants to our clients. This allows you, the customer, to decide for yourself which measures you want to adopt. In addition, we can review how any measures undertaken have contributed to improving sustainability.
General contractor
All the sustainability measures we adopted as part of EMAS certification are also reflected in each event we plan. That’s how we ensure our projects and services meet the highest sustainability standards.
